After graduating from the University of Florida in 2007, I decided I wasn’t ready to join the rat race so instead I packed my belongings and life in general, and moved to Florence, Italy. Two years, one Italian boyfriend, a few random jobs, and many, many delicious meals later, I moved back to the states where I now live in the center of the known universe, New York City.
After being told by several people that I should be a food critic or do something where I can combine eating and writing, I’ve created this blog, a place for my musings on the food and drinks I have in and around this city, and everywhere else I go. Hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy eating and writing about it.
Your blog is amazing!!!

Grazie! I really like yours too. =)
Hello Angie–Just checked out your blog for the first time. (And I hope you’ll check out mine.) Wonderful! And I’m delighted to see someone who knows how to pronounce bruschetta! How did bru-shett-a ever get started? I’ll be back!
A great question indeed. Thanks for reading!

Thanks for reading Juliana! It’s always nice hearing from fellow food bloggers. =)
This is awesome Angie, thanks for sharing your appreciation for food. Whenever you decide to visit DC, I can point you to some blog-worthy establishments. Good food in DC is hard to find, but it exists.
Thanks! I might be coming up for the 4th. Still tentative. But I’ll let you know. Thanks for reading!
